South Australia Budget: The 2023-24 State Budget abolishes stamp duty for first home buyers that purchase a new home valued up to $650,000. Stamp Duty Relief would be progressively phased out for houses valued up to $700,000. The property value cap for the First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) is also increased from $575,000 to $650,000.
